Webquest is a very active form of development. It allows learners to independently seek answers, thereby becoming highly engaged.

The intended outcome of the method is the creation of a report, presentation, or other form of knowledge compilation. As a result, the method can achieve two goals simultaneously - the development of employees and the creation of a knowledge base for the organization by utilizing the results of webquest group projects.

In fact, even relatively simple group work tools can support the activities of a webquest group - tools for social tagging or annotating web content, communication tools, tools for making comments, discussion, and group document editing will certainly be useful. Many of these tools may be available for free.

Choosing a topic that is too simple or one with a clear-cut answer makes the webquest less interesting. It's worthwhile to select a topic that will engage the participants in the process and allow them to formulate their own conclusions, which are not necessarily purely reproductive.
