Shared workspace

The shared workspace is a space (usually built using Internet mechanisms) which allows for joint work on a resource, concept or material. Features of the Internet allow for joint work in a distributed and asynchronous model (that does not force all members to work at the same time). For the training purpose it may be used as a tool for team assignments, WebQuest summaries, speaking more generally and collective content creation.
