Implementation is a task to be performed individually or in teams after or during training. It aims at transferring the acquired knowledge into practical skills; a task to be carried out in the workplace being the consequence of the training.

  • The results of an implementation task can be the first step on the road to change a course participant’s habits and occupational practices. And the first step is always the hardest.

  • Implementation tasks allow for the student to use the knowledge and skills they learned into real work, and with that it stands as a strong tool in a person’s actual development and implementation of the training course’s effects into occupational practice.

  • Implementation tasks are the bridge that connects training courses with an employee's actual work. It is very much in the spirit of the 70:20:10 approach, according to which 70% of an employee's development happens during the realization of occupational tasks.
